A business partner from HR wanted to attract young talent to the company, but he wasn't having much success. Part of the problem was that our existing recruiting materials were too generic. They just didn't speak to what was important to the Millennial generation. That's why I took a different approach. I developed an edgy campus recruiting piece that focused on their needs.
